Sales Strategy Manager Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a sales strategy manager in Florida?
Most sales strategy manager roles in Florida require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with several years in sales, sales operations, or revenue analytics. Florida does not issue a state license for this role. Candidates strengthen their profile by earning credentials such as Salesforce certifications or a Certified Sales Professional designation, then progressing through analyst or territory manager positions at Florida-based companies before stepping into a strategy-focused role.
How much do sales strategy managers make in Florida?
Sales strategy managers in Florida earn a median of about $131,900 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $71,650 for the lowest 10% to over $263,160 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire sales strategy managers in Florida?
Employers hiring sales strategy managers in Florida right now include Paycom, Corpay, and Socure, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Florida's mix of large hospitality, healthcare, and technology companies creates consistent demand for professionals who can translate market data into actionable sales plans.
Which Florida cities have the most sales strategy manager jobs?
Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Florida have the most sales strategy manager openings in Florida. Miami drives volume through its dense concentration of financial services, international trade, and consumer brands, while Tampa and Orlando add hiring from healthcare systems, technology firms, and large hospitality and entertainment employers headquartered or with major operations in those metros.
Are there remote sales strategy manager jobs in Florida?
Yes, and more than most fields, because sales strategy work is largely desk-based, analytical, and conducted through digital collaboration tools. About 60% of sales strategy manager openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how portable the role is across industries. The most remote-friendly sub-areas are revenue operations, forecasting, and go-to-market planning, while roles tied to field sales team management tend to require more on-site presence.
How can I get hired as a sales strategy manager in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving into a sales operations analyst or business development associate role at a mid-size or enterprise Florida company, then building toward strategy responsibilities. Large Florida employers in healthcare, hospitality, and technology routinely hire into rotational business analyst programs that expose candidates to sales planning functions. Earning a Salesforce Administrator certification and building a portfolio of pipeline or territory analysis projects gives candidates without direct strategy experience a concrete edge during the hiring process.
Where can I find and apply to sales strategy manager jobs in Florida?
