Job Description:
UPS is looking for a Vice President, Strategic Accounts to lead growth across some of our largest and most complex customer relationships in the Eastern U.S. These strategic enterprise partnerships represent revenue portfolios measured in the hundreds of millions of dollars and require sophisticated executive engagement, commercial leadership, and cross-functional orchestration to deliver long-term growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new strategic customers, expanding existing relationships, and leading a team focused on delivering long-term growth. You will operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on commercial executive, building executive-level customer relationships while helping your team identify, win, and grow high-value opportunities.
This role is part of the Large Segment organization and requires strong business development, relationship management, and people leadership capabilities.
What You'll Do
Drive growth across a portfolio of strategic accounts, including both new business acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships.
Identify and pursue high-value opportunities that increase revenue, deepen customer engagement, and expand UPS's share of wallet.
Build and strengthen relationships with senior customer stakeholders, serving as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor.
Lead a team of experienced sales professionals, providing coaching, direction, and accountability to achieve business goals.
Operate as a player-coach by personally engaging in strategic customer pursuits, major negotiations, and executive-level sales discussions.
Partner across UPS to develop integrated solutions that address complex customer needs and deliver business results.
Use market insight, customer knowledge, and commercial expertise to influence growth strategies and improve performance across the portfolio.

Significant commercial leadership experience managing large, complex customer portfolios.
Proven success acquiring new business and growing strategic customer relationships.
Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
Strong executive presence with the ability to build relationships and influence senior decision-makers.
Demonstrated success navigating complex organizations and leading cross-functional collaboration.
Exceptional business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or related industries preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Supports the eastern United States (Remote) with regional travel up to 50%
