Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Associate (Lead Generation) to help expand our client base and support our sales team. This role provides hands-on experience in marketing, lead generation, and customer communication within a professional insurance agency.
The primary responsibility of this position is to generate and qualify leads, schedule appointments for licensed team members, and support outreach campaigns that help grow the agency.
This role is ideal for college students, recent graduates, or individuals interested in a future career in sales, marketing, or financial services.
High performers may have the opportunity to transition into a licensed insurance sales position within our agency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our agency and services
- Generate and qualify leads for our licensed insurance team
- Schedule appointments for coverage reviews and insurance quotes
- Follow up with previous prospects, quotes, and marketing leads
- Assist with referral and customer outreach campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system
- Support the sales team in achieving weekly and monthly growth goals
- Learn the fundamentals of insurance and how we help protect customers
- Answer calls and direct as needed
