Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services. If you are a customer service-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy (blood draws) with accuracy and care
- Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc.)
- Prepare patients for exams and assist the Doctor during procedures
- Maintain patient records and input information
- Schedule appointments and handle other front-office tasks when needed
- Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and organized
- Provide patient education as directed by the Doctor
- Support the Doctor in ensuring efficient day-to-day practice operations
Requirements
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is preferred.
- Phlebotomy experience is required.
- Knowledge of vital sign measurements and basic clinical procedures.
Skills
- Experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
