Resolution Counseling and Therapy Group is on the lookout for Independently Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Clinicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional mental health care to individuals, couples, families, and potentially groups, based on their area of expertise, in an outpatient setting. Clinicians may choose to work from the office or remotely. We’re seeking a candidate who is deeply dedicated to client welfare, skilled in clinical practice, and upholds ethical standards, with the flexibility to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team when needed.

We aim to create a supportive space for a select group of clinicians to focus entirely on their clients' therapeutic needs, while we handle the operational side of private practice. Being part of this group allows clinicians to collaborate with peers for case consultations, co-therapy referrals, and even joint clinical efforts when a client’s needs exceed the clinician’s personal area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for clients.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based methods, aligning with your area of licensure and expertise.
- Design and execute personalized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and industry best practices.
- Ensure clinical documentation is accurate and timely, adhering to state, federal, and insurance regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, primary care doctors, and case managers, when necessary, to ensure coordinated care.
- Utilize case consultations and ongoing professional development within the team, should you need additional support or insight.
- Adhere to ethical standards and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current independent licensure in New Mexico as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Experience with evidence-based therapeutic methods is preferred.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, with the option to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team when desired.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (training provided).
