Responsibilities

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR), adhering to HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines..
Requirements
- Master's Degree and eligible to be a registered clinical mental health counselor
- Demonstrated knowledge of psychotherapy modalities such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance/movement therapy.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with disabilities—including autism spectrum disorder—and familiarity with pediatrics and youth therapy preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction, patient assessment, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques, trauma-focused therapies—including PTSD care—and behavior management strategies.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA regulations while providing compassionate patient-centered care.
Pay: $46,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
