Position Summary: Nurse Resident - Med-Surg
Location: Orlando Regional Medical Center, Downtown Orlando, Florida
Shift: Days (Including rotating weekends and holidays)

Responsibilities:
* Administer patient care for acute injuries, illnesses, medical conditions, or post-intervention in an inpatient/observation setting.
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including physicians, social workers, case management, physical and occupational therapists, respiratory therapists, dieticians, spiritual care, and pharmacists.
* Complete all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and the unit.
Education/Training:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
Licensure/Certification:
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida or a valid Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multistate RN license.
* Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
* ACLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required based on specific unit needs.
Experience:
No prior experience required. This position is designed for licensed registered nurses with less than one year of experience.
