Develops, implements, manages/coordinates an optimal interdisciplinary plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and life-style factors. Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships between patients, their family/support group, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communications. Adheres to hospital policies, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws/regulations and codes to promote a quality, highly reliable patient experience. Engages in continuous growth and development in professional nursing practice.

- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
- NRP-Neonatal Resuscitation Provider

- ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for departments requiring cardiac, telemetry monitoring, or OB monitoring as determined by the hiring manager. Hiring manager is responsible for submitting certification additions and renewals for inclusion in Workday
- PALS-Pediatric Advanced Life Support if caring for pediatric patients
- Department: Emergency Department, TNCC-Trauma Nursing Corp Course within 180 Days of hire OR ENPC-Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course
