SUMMARY

Performs/oversees daily operations to support Clinical Therapy Services.

Responsibilities

- Facilitates groups with adults and/or adolescents.
- Maintains patient lists and patient data tracking for outcome reporting.
- Develops and maintains daily activity schedules.
- Provides community outreach and engagement as needed.
- Provides case management and clinical services for clients and their families.
- Evaluates and assesses the needs and strengths of clients and families.

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Required Work Experience: One (1) year of experience working with patients who have behavioral health conditions such as substance abuse and/or serious mental illness.

Other Information: New Hires have 6 months to obtain their BLS Certification.

Additional Education Info: Bachelors Degree in a Social and/or Human Services field.
