Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Full Time (1-2 yrs Exp Req)
We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our collaborative and growing mental health practice.
Compensation includes a guaranteed $40,000 annual base salary plus a 45% share of collected patient-service revenue. With a consistent caseload, the compensation model offers strong earning potential while providing the security of a base salary.
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum commitment of 35 hours per week, including at least 30 hours of direct patient care. Preference will be given to providers who are comfortable offering both psychotherapy and medication management, allowing patients to receive thoughtful, integrated care from a single clinician.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric services to a diverse patient population, including psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, individualized treatment planning, medication management, psychotherapy, and patient education. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships while practicing in a supportive environment that values clinical excellence, professional autonomy, innovation, and work-life balance.
We are looking for a provider who is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP):
- Board-certified or board-eligible as a PMHNP
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the applicable state
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to evidence-based care
- Comfortable managing a diverse range of psychiatric conditions
- Interested in providing both psychotherapy and medication management
- Able to maintain at least 30 patient-contact hours per week
