INTRODUCTION
We are seeking candidates throughout Wisconsin. Qualified applicants relocating to the Dodgeville area may be eligible for a relocation bonus of up to $10,000.
Wood Violet Recovery is a voluntary, residential, and electronics-friendly program. We believe in meeting clients where they are and creating an environment that supports autonomy, real-world connection, and long-term recovery.
We're looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing behavioral health team! Our clinicians work with adults receiving treatment for mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring diagnoses. In this role, you'll provide group and individual therapy, collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, and help clients achieve meaningful progress in recovery. This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy a structured environment, strong team support, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on clients' lives.
Located just 45 minutes from Madison, Wood Violet Recovery offers the opportunity to practice meaningful clinical work in a collaborative treatment environment. Join a growing program and help clients achieve lasting recovery through evidence-based therapy and treatment planning!
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Time Schedule (choose one):
- Sunday through Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm
- Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30am-5:00pm
What You'll Do:
- Provide individual counseling to clients in recovery and/or mental health treatment.
- Participate in treatment planning and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team.
- Lead therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What You'll Bring:
- Active Wisconsin LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).
- 1+ year experience working with individuals in behavioral health.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.
