As an essential member of our outpatient oncology float pool, you will experience an adaptable, collaborative workspace while gaining exposure to highly diverse specialized settings—ranging from the comprehensive Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center and the innovative Oncology Precision Medicine Center to regional hubs like Wauwatosa and West Allis. Across all locations, our clinics focus on holistic, cutting-edge therapies—including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and advanced clinical trials—paired with compassionate nurse navigator support. This float pool offers predictable clinic hours (typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with no late nights, allowing you to maximize your professional growth across regional microcultures while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.

- perform a sliding transfer of 150 lbs with a second person present.
