Practice Manager’s primary role is to lead our spa facility, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and sales growth. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the spa, including scheduling, staff management, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Customer Service: Ensuring high-quality customer service by addressing client needs, handling complaints, and maintaining a positive spa experience.
- Sales and Marketing: Developing sales strategies, promoting spa services, and driving revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives.
- Staff Training and Development: Recruiting, training, and supervising spa staff to ensure they deliver exceptional services and meet performance targets.
- Inventory and Supply Management: Managing spa inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels to support spa operations.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, and adhering to legal requirements related to spa operations.
- Financial Management: Monitoring budgets, analyzing financial reports, and managing expenses to achieve financial goals and profitability, bi-weekly payroll processing.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
