About 0% of nursing openings tied to Miami are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, skewed toward insurance, managed care, and health tech employers based in or near Brickell and downtown Miami.
How can I get a nursing job in Miami with little or no experience?
New graduate residency programs at Miami's larger hospital systems are the most direct entry point, typically accepting candidates immediately after passing NCLEX. Miami also has strong demand for patient care technicians and nursing assistants at long-term care facilities and assisted living communities throughout Hialeah and Kendall, roles that frequently lead to RN sponsorship once licensure is complete. Bilingual candidates are prioritized at many community health centers and federally qualified health clinics across the city.
