Part-Time RN Administrator / Director of Nursing

Pay: $38–$40 per hour
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week initially, subject to regulatory and operational requirements
Job Type: Part-time, with potential progression to full-time
About the Opportunity
United Caring Angels LLC is an AHCA-licensed skilled home health agency in Central Florida, operating under new ownership.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to help establish and grow our home health operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the agency, ensuring regulatory compliance, recruiting clinical staff and preparing the organisation for future Medicare certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administration and clinical governance.
- Maintain compliance with Florida AHCA requirements.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
- Recruit and supervise nursing and home health staff.
- Establish quality assurance and patient safety processes.
- Support business development and appropriate referral relationships.
- Prepare the agency for future Medicare certification.
- Work closely with ownership to develop a sustainable home health business.
Requirements
- Active Florida Registered Nurse licence.
- Meets Florida AHCA requirements for Administrator and Director of Nursing.
- Experience in skilled home health operations.
- Strong knowledge of AHCA licensing and regulatory compliance.
- Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Preferred: Experience with Medicare-certified home health agencies, accreditation, surveys and start-up operations.
