Details
- Work in a 12-bed Pediatric OR unit
- Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts from 10:30 to 21:00
- Off-shift rotation required
- On-call responsibilities required
Requirements
- Active RN license (Nebraska or Compact) required
- Current BLS and PALS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Circulate and scrub experience required
- Experience with pediatric orthopedic procedures including ACL reconstruction and arthroscopy of knee, shoulder, and wrist
- Experience with pediatric craniofacial, oral, and plastics procedures including cleft lip/cleft palate repair
- Experience with pediatric urology procedures including cystoscopy, cystogram, pyelogram, nephrectomy, and orchiectomy/orchidopexy
- Experience with pediatric ophthalmology procedures including eye trauma
Additional Information
- Provide circulating and scrub nursing support across a range of pediatric surgical specialties
- Must reside outside a 100 mile radius of the facility to be considered
- Former permanent employees of the facility are not accepted for travel assignments
- First-time travelers are not accepted for this role
