After joining the company, the Management Trainee will receive structured, hands-on training and rotate through different warehouse functions to gain a complete understanding of warehouse operations. High-performing trainees will have the opportunity to gradually take on team leadership and supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational training across key warehouse functions, including:
- Inbound / Receiving
- Outbound / Shipping
- Inventory Control
- Returns
- Order Processing
- Warehouse Administration
- Learn and understand the complete warehouse operation process from receiving through final shipment.
- Participate in frontline warehouse operations to better understand workflow, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, inventory discrepancies, and data analysis.
- Learn warehouse management systems and operational reporting tools.
- Support supervisors and managers with daily warehouse planning and execution.
- Assist in monitoring productivity, accuracy, safety, and employee performance.
- Identify operational issues and participate in process improvement projects.
- Work closely with Operations, HR, Admin, and other departments to support warehouse needs.
- Gradually develop the ability to coordinate employees, manage daily priorities, and take ownership of operational projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
