This role works with internal and external customers to define project requirements, prepare estimates, coordinate production and vendor activities, oversee delivery, complete billing and job closeout, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Print Services Account Coordinator II also supports customer retention and business growth opportunities.
Primary Tasks:
- Provide customer service and account support to internal Choctaw departments, casino operations, and external commercial customers, ensuring positive customer experience.
- Manage customer requests and print orders from a shared customer pool while developing and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
- Consult with customers to determine project requirements, including specifications, quantities, budgets, schedules, and delivery expectations.
- Prepare estimates and maintain job records by accurately entering, updating, and managing information within PrintSmith.
- Coordinate and oversee print projects through the full job lifecycle, including estimating, proofing, production, finishing, delivery, billing, and job closeout.
- Manage vendor relationships and outsourced services, including obtaining quotes, coordinating specifications and schedules, monitoring performance, and resolving related issues.
- Ensure accurate billing and job reconciliation by verifying pricing, quantities, costs, vendor charges, purchase information, and delivery documentation.
- Maintain complete and accurate job documentation including specifications, proofs, approvals, production notes, changes, and related records.
- Monitor project quality and customer satisfaction by communicating job status, reviewing proofs and finished products, resolving customer concerns, and identifying opportunities to expand customer relationships and business growth.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Three (3) years of customer service, account support, project coordination, or related experience.
- Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn print management and production systems.
- Ability to learn print production processes, specifications, and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
