This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including IT, clinical staff, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical designs. - Follow best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and deployment within the healthcare context.
- Integrate Salesforce with electronic health records (EHR), member management systems, and other healthcare applications.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Salesforce environments.
