Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Understanding of SAP Best Practices and have knowledge in multiple modules, their integrations & technology
- Responsible for the planning, execution and management of complex and large transformation engagements for TCS clients
- Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects related to SAP, key focus on SAP S/4HANA using TCS’ delivery methodology based on SAP ACTIVATE
- Manage program level status, metrics, issues and risks and oversee overall completion and sign-off on program deliverables
- Coordinates project timeline with the team to ensure checkpoints and goals are met to the client's satisfaction
- Collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals
- Leverage his/her broad business and technical expertise to address key topics related to technology architecture, design, business model, integration and organization change management
- Attending and participating in discussions with senior management and Customer PMO and/or third parties and being able to influence their decision, communicate competitive intelligence from the field
- Plan and manage events for the Customer to showcase TCS experience, industry and product trends and expected outcome for the customer
- Experienced in SAP Application Lifecycle Management and 2–3 years hands-on with SAP Cloud ALM
- Provision and configure SAP Cloud ALM tenant for S/4HANA Public Cloud Greenfield implementation (Fit-to-Standard, Test Cycles, Releases)
- Establish projects, scopes, environments and Maintain Solution Process libraries, requirements, tasks, features, and backlogs CALM
- Create dashboards and reports in the CALM to keep the Project health on right track

We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Project Manager who will have the holistic oversight for the planning, execution and delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. Additionally, this role owns the setup, administration, and optimization of SAP Cloud ALM for project execution, operations, test management, integration monitoring, and business process observability.
Salary Range: $90,000-$150,000 a year
