In partnership with OCM leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional project teams, you will design and deliver change strategies that build readiness, strengthen engagement, accelerate adoption, and support lasting business outcomes.
This role is ideal for a consultant who brings both strategic perspective and hands-on execution—someone who can translate complexity into clear action, influence stakeholders at all levels, and deliver practical solutions that help leaders and employees embrace new systems, processes, and ways of working.
Responsibilities

- Partner with business and technical teams to identify change risks, resistance points, and user adoption challenges, and recommend mitigation actions.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive alignment.
- Create high-quality, executive-ready presentations, status updates, communications, job aids, and training materials.
- Help establish and support change champion networks, leadership engagement plans, and reinforcement activities.
- Monitor adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and user feedback to assess effectiveness and refine interventions.
- Collaborate across functional teams to promote a consistent, positive, and user-centered transformation experience.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of OCM methodologies, tools, templates, and best practices.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of Organizational Change Management experience, ideally supporting technology implementations and digital transformation programs.
- Experience contributing to OCM initiatives for enterprise technology deployments such as ServiceNow, CRM, ITSM, HRIS, ERP, AI, or digital workplace solutions.
- Strong foundation in stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness planning, and user adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical and process changes into clear business impacts and user-focused messaging.
- Strong consulting, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in matrixed project environments and collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
- Prosci or CCMP certification preferred.
- Project or program management experience and/or certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or Agile are a plus.

Mid Level Organizational Change Management Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a mid level organizational change management job?
Position your experience around outcomes: highlight change programs you led, stakeholder groups you managed, and adoption metrics you improved. Employers at this level want to see that you can run a workstream independently, not just support one. Tailor your resume to show ownership, and be specific about the scale and complexity of the changes you have guided.
Which companies hire mid level organizational change managements?
Companies hiring mid level organizational change managements right now include Argano, Concentrix, and GlobalPoint, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Large enterprises undergoing digital transformation, mergers, or process redesign tend to hire most actively at this level, alongside consulting firms that staff client-facing change programs.
Are there remote mid level organizational change management jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by employer and engagement type. About 67% of mid level organizational change management openings are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how much of this work, including stakeholder communications, training development, and impact assessments, can be done effectively outside a central office.
How do I move up to a mid level organizational change management role?
Moving into mid level requires demonstrating independent ownership over at least one full change cycle, from assessment through adoption. Build depth in a recognized methodology such as Prosci or ADKAR, document measurable outcomes like training completion rates or resistance reduction, and seek out assignments where you lead a workstream rather than support a senior practitioner.
Which industries hire the most mid level organizational change managements?
Mid Level organizational change management roles concentrate in Technology & Software and Insurance, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. These sectors tend to drive hiring at this level because they face continuous operational shifts, regulatory updates, or technology rollouts that require dedicated professionals to manage the people side of change.
