RevCats is hiring an experienced Estate & Wealth Planning Paralegal for a full-time, direct-hire position in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. Regular in-person attendance is required.

Compensation and benefits

$80,000-$95,000 annual salary, based on experience, with excellent benefits and a 401(k). This is permanent employment.

Responsibilities

Administer estates and trusts; prepare complex federal estate and gift tax returns for high-net-worth individuals; draft probate documents, estate accountings, estate planning documents, estate filings and other court documents. Review, proofread, revise and organize estate/trust administration documentation. Schedule and participate in client meetings, contribute analysis to matter strategy and manage multiple outstanding matters independently. Follow applicable Rules of Professional Conduct and maintain confidentiality.

Required qualifications

Prior estate administration experience, including preparation of complex federal estate and gift tax returns for high-net-worth individuals. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Strong substantive understanding of estate/trust legal documentation, written and verbal communication, organization and independent matter management.
