Business Development Partner - Title & Escrow Northern Nevada | Minden / Incline Village Relationships drive this business. We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Executive to help grow our title and escrow presence in Northern Nevada. What You’ll Do
- Build and strengthen relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, and key partners throughout Northern Nevada
- Develop new business opportunities through consistent market presence, networking, and relationship-building
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on responsiveness, trust, and follow-through
- Partner closely with escrow and operational teams to drive client success and retention
- Represent a trusted national brand while continuing to build your own reputation in the market

What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of successful residential title, escrow, real estate, mortgage, or related industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong relationship-building and follow-through skills
- Valid driver’s license
Location
This role is based in Northern Nevada, with a primary office location in Minden and market coverage that may include Minden, Incline Village, and surrounding communities.
This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
