INTRODUCTION
Employee will perform duties such as drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest crops.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, mower and drill to tractor for mowing and or tillage, along with knowledge of using a rock picker and roller.
- Employee must have knowledge of how to properly move seeding and harvesting equipment safely from field to field.
- Haul crops from field to storage facilities.
- General farming duties such as servicing and repairing equipment, basic facility maintenance/upkeep and shop work.
- Good communication skills and documentation of hours.
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs and have good driving skills.
- Employees will not operate any vehicles over 26,001lb GVW Weight limit.
