The Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) GTM Excellence team leads an integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) process across the Nike sport offense to “Win at the Moment of Choice” with our consumer. The person in this position will drive clarity, cultivate storytelling, and deliver GTM tools aligned with our APLA priorities that inspire, educate, and serve the APLA Sport Marketplace. This Marketplace consists of Geo/Territory MPU teammates and external Partners.
As the APLA GTM Excellence Operations Lead your mission will be to set and implement strategies to deliver best-in-class tools, communications, and reports across digital content, physical samples and other workstreams in support of APLA sales. This includes but is not limited to: managing the flow of digital content from Global to GEO to territory, creating and managing in-season tools surrounding asset tracking and coverage, driving seasonal calendar and communications processes, as well as supporting creation and delivery of seasonal sell-in packages.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Drive APLA GTM Excellence Seasonal Operational Strategy

Work with Global Go to Market Content teams to develop, maintain, and communicate seasonal vision and execution to internal upstream and downstream teams

Support creation and deployment of internal and external communication through in person seasonal meetings, Slack, E-Mail, and Campaign Monitor

Drive development and documentation of seasonal publishing standards and standard methods to optimize operations, communication, and use of guidelines for internal and external experiences

Develop and maintain AirTable and communication tools for tracking GTM deliverables and Code Gates, and communicate those tools to cross-functional teams, giving leadership and team visibility to our work
Create and Drive APLA GTM Excellence Sample Strategy

Create strategy and optimize sample process, liaising with global samples and logistics teams

Provide regular sample coverage updates to APLA leadership

Own relationship with territory operations and samples teams
Own Content Management Strategy and Execution for Sell-in Gates

Organize, communicate and deliver seasonal content to Territory teammates and Marketplace Channels partners

Create seasonal based lookbooks to support delivery of KIT (Keep it Tight) product for territory GTM teams

Audit content delivery from Global Teams and ensure that content is being organized and delivered efficiently to our territory teams

Provide succinct content delivery communication through the season in a timely manner
Drive the Geo GTM x Sport Integration Model

Liaise with one sport squad, be the voice of GTM tools to that sport, ensuring the cross-functional sport squad understands sales tools deliverables each season.

Represent the sport priorities and sales tools needs to the GTM team and ensure sport GTM priorities land in territory
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be working with APLA Geo cross functional teammates in Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, and Marketplace to elevate our seasonal process. In addition, you will be engaging with our Global Go to Market teammates to ensure key deliverables and timelines are hit that enable our MPU teams to operate efficiently and effectively to give best-in-class sales tools.
WHAT YOU BRING
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

At least 5 years of experience in related sales, marketing, or logistics

Knowledge of athletic industry and trends in the marketplace with an understanding of the competitive marketplace

Strong leadership skills

Technical / Functional Skills
