• Lead the implementation and continuous monitoring of personalized patient care plans to ensure every individual receives treatment tailored to their specific recovery goals.

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.

• Education & Language: Holds a BSN from an accredited institution, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred.
• Clinical Experience: Offers 4 years of registered nursing experience, including triage and pediatric catheterization.
