Job Summary:
Looking for a dedicated Pharmacist to Manage the Hospital’s Pharmacy who is professional and puts patient care and safety above all! Duties to include compounding and dispensing medications, educating patients on medications, and working closely with Physician and Nursing staff. Supervises one Pharmacy Tech (Department of 2).
Qualifications
- B.S. or Pharm D. degree from an accredited College of pharmacy required. Residency and/or one to two years hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to effectively learn new software programs required. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of current software, Timekeeping Software, and Omnicell system.
- Current Idaho Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist license required. Current Idaho Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance registration required. Current BLS certification. I.V. certification/eligible.
