Who's Hiring

Physical Therapy Assistant Jobs in Greenville: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a physical therapy assistant job in Greenville?
Focus your search on outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinics, hospital-affiliated rehabilitation centers, and the growing number of skilled nursing facilities clustered in and around Greenville's Haywood Road corridor and the Verdae development. Candidates with hands-on clinical experience in orthopedics or neurological rehab stand out here, as do those familiar with the active, sports-oriented patient population Greenville's clinics commonly serve.
Which companies hire physical therapy assistants in Greenville?
Employers hiring physical therapy assistants in Greenville right now include Patewood Post Acute, PruittHealth, and ATI Physical Therapy, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Greenville's hiring mix tends to reflect its blend of large regional health systems, multi-site outpatient therapy groups, and independently operated skilled nursing and home health agencies.
Are there remote physical therapy assistant jobs in Greenville?
Remote work is rare for physical therapy assistants because the role requires direct, hands-on patient care and cannot typically be performed off-site. About 0% of physical therapy assistant openings tied to Greenville are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, and those positions tend to involve documentation, care coordination, or supervisory functions rather than direct treatment.
How can I get a physical therapy assistant job in Greenville with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Greenville is targeting skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies, which tend to hire new graduates and offer structured mentorship alongside experienced PTAs. Greenville's expanding post-acute care network creates consistent openings for entry-level candidates, and completing clinical rotations at local outpatient or hospital-affiliated sites adds immediate, recognizable experience that area employers value.
