The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
• Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
• Current MI state license is a plus.
• Providers will be cross credentialed and scheduled at Sparrow Hospital, Sparrow Eaton Hospital, Sparrow Ionia Hospital, and Sparrow Health Okemos sites.

• Level IV Trauma Center.
• 22-bed facility with a 12-bed Emergency Department.
• Annual volume of 17,000 with 45-55 patients per day.
• Sub-specialty backup includes ortho, general surgery, and cardiology.
• Small rural community hospital with a tight knit team.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
