Job description:
Join a thriving primary care practice 20 mins from downtown Portland (reverse commute), Columbia View Family Health Center seeks a 3-4 days a week boarded certified FNP or Physicians Assistant to join an independent, physician owned practice in the charming community of Troutdale. We take pride in establishing long-term relationships with our patients.
Experienced candidates are preferred but our dedicated team can mentor new graduates. We offer flexible work schedules, in-office appointments as well as telemedicine visits.

Responsibilities will include:
- Preventative health and wellness exams
- Acute and chronic disease management in pediatrics (>2 yrs of age) and adults
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Knowledge of billing/coding
- Timely completion of documentation
- Experience ordering diagnostics, interpretation of diagnostics and referral requests
Job Highlights:
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or PA program
- new graduates welcome to apply
- Current non-limited DEA
- 3-4 days a week (negotiable) , office hours 8-5, with no weekends but with call coverage.
