The PLG Engagement team is responsible for how users discover Express, what brings them back, and how the product grows its reach across new surfaces and audiences. This role centers on growth at scale, reaching beyond Express' own surfaces by integrating with the broader product portfolio, external partnerships, and fresh distribution channels. You will work where product, partnerships, and ecosystem strategy meet, deciding how Express is represented throughout Adobe and externally. You will help transform new audiences into committed, long-term users. If you enjoy addressing large, uncertain problems and have a history of clarifying direction and advancing organizations, this role is ideal for you!

- Someone who consistently supports and uplifts their colleagues and projects, providing clear direction and thoughtful strategic insight.
- Outstanding cross-functional influence and executive communication skills.

Product Lead Jobs in Seattle: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a product lead job in Seattle?
Focus your search on South Lake Union, the Eastside tech corridor around Bellevue and Redmond, and Capitol Hill, where cloud platforms, enterprise software, and consumer tech employers concentrate most of their product hiring. Candidates who can demonstrate cross-functional leadership, experience shipping at scale, and familiarity with agile delivery in large-org environments stand out in Seattle's market. Networking through local product communities like Seattle Product Group also helps.
Which companies hire product leads in Seattle?
Employers hiring product leads in Seattle right now include Amazon, Amazon Web Services, and TikTok, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Seattle's product lead market is shaped by a mix of global tech firms with major local campuses, high-growth SaaS companies headquartered downtown, and a strong cohort of Series B and C startups building in cloud, healthtech, and e-commerce.
Are there remote product lead jobs in Seattle?
Yes, though product lead roles that involve close collaboration with engineering, design, or operations teams often require at least some in-office presence. About 30% of product lead openings tied to Seattle are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting the broader flexibility that tech-heavy employers in the region have maintained. Strategy-focused and platform-level product lead roles tend to be the most remote-friendly in Seattle.
How can I get a product lead job in Seattle with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Seattle is moving laterally from an adjacent role, such as a program manager, technical business analyst, or associate product manager, at one of the city's many mid-size SaaS or cloud companies. Seattle's startup scene in South Lake Union and Fremont regularly hires people willing to take on product ownership in smaller teams. Building a portfolio of shipped features, even from side projects, and getting familiar with tools common in Seattle tech stacks gives candidates a concrete edge.
Which industries hire the most product leads in Seattle?
Most product lead openings in Seattle sit in Technology & Software, Retail, and E-Commerce & Online Marketplaces, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Seattle's position as a global hub for cloud computing, retail technology, and enterprise software means these sectors drive sustained, year-round demand for product leads at all seniority levels.
