- Optimize departmental performance by monitoring key metrics such as yield loss, labor efficiency, and overhead costs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of processing operators, emphasizing accountability and professional growth.
- Ensure rigorous documentation accuracy for regulatory reporting, system transactions, and equipment calibration.
- Coordinate equipment and personnel deployment to meet demanding production schedules and quality benchmarks.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing or liquid processing environment.
- Demonstrated success in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel for data tracking.
- Comprehensive understanding of receiving and processing workflows.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience utilizing ERP, MRP, or WMS software platforms.
- Background in the beverage or alcohol production industry.
- Technical familiarity with industrial beverage processing machinery.
