- Manage project budgets through effective cost estimation, tracking, and control using HeavyBid or comparable tools
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth communication and project flow
- Review construction plans and blueprints thoroughly to identify potential issues early and implement solutions proactively
- Monitor construction progress regularly via ProCore or Bluebeam to track milestones and address delays promptly
- Ensure compliance with all construction regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes efficiently while maintaining strong vendor relationships
