Lead Management Jobs in Georgia: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a lead management in Georgia?
Most lead management roles in Georgia require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, though no state-issued license applies to this role. Employers in Atlanta and Alpharetta typically look for candidates with hands-on CRM experience and a background in sales operations or marketing coordination. Earning a recognized certification such as Salesforce Administrator or HubSpot CRM certification strengthens your candidacy significantly in Georgia's competitive technology and logistics sectors.
Which companies hire lead managements in Georgia?
Georgia lead management roles are posted by Capgemini, Honeywell, and CVS Health and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Georgia's dense concentration of Fortune 500 headquarters and regional sales offices in the Atlanta metro makes it one of the more active hiring markets for this role in the Southeast.
Which Georgia cities have the most lead management jobs?
Atlanta, Duluth, and Austell have the most lead management openings in Georgia. Atlanta dominates due to its concentration of corporate headquarters, technology firms, and financial services companies, while Alpharetta's booming SaaS and fintech corridor drives strong demand in the suburbs, and Savannah's growing logistics and port-adjacent industries support steady hiring in the coastal market.
Are there remote lead management jobs in Georgia?
Yes, and more than many fields, since lead management work is largely desk-based and data-driven. About 60% of lead management openings tied to Georgia are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting the role's natural fit for distributed teams. The parts of the role most commonly performed remotely include CRM administration, lead scoring, and pipeline reporting, while roles requiring close collaboration with local sales teams tend to remain hybrid.
How can I get hired as a lead management in Georgia with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a sales development representative or marketing coordinator role at one of Georgia's large technology or logistics employers, which often serve as direct feeders into lead management functions. Companies like Cox Enterprises and NCR Atleos run structured associate programs that expose early-career candidates to pipeline and CRM work. Building proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot and completing a recognized CRM certification gives candidates without direct experience a concrete edge when applying in the Atlanta and Alpharetta markets.
Where can I find and apply to lead management jobs in Georgia?
You can find and apply to lead management jobs in Georgia on Migrate Mate, which lists current Georgia openings across Atlanta, Alpharetta, Savannah, and beyond. Search for roles that match your experience level and specialization, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
