- Build practical fluency in the generative-AI capabilities used in professional services: LLMs, document intelligence, agentic workflows, and structured output generation.
- Write, test, and iterate prompts, and run structured evaluations of model output for accuracy, consistency, and edge-case handling.
- Assist with testing AI models, APIs, and tooling (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Azure AI) for integration into Aprio's platforms.
- Follow responsible AI practices, including data privacy, data residency, and client confidentiality requirements (e.g., §7216 consent where applicable).
Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in product, technology, operations, consulting, analytics, or a professional-services delivery role.
