This is a remote role with periodic travel to the Detroit, Michigan, area to meet with clients.
What You'll Do
- Work with clients and internal M&I partners to understand program goals, align expectations and guide projects from initiation through completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and presentation materials that keep teams aligned and projects moving forward
- Schedule, prepare for and lead client and internal meetings
- Facilitate discussions, communicate status updates, document decisions and action items, and follow up to ensure completion
- Coordinate with cross-functional resources and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, in scope and within budget
- Keep work on track by monitoring project risks, dependencies and milestones, tracking deliverables and driving timely resolution of issues.
- Build polished client-facing communications and presentations that clearly convey recommendations, progress, results and next steps

- Able to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time. Flexible to support after standard work hours or on weekends if needed to complete high-priority projects or accommodate client/program schedules.
