- Manage the project through the Project life cycle, leveraging Siemens Delivery Framework
- Work with Sales & Services Management to initiate, review and agree on project governance with the customer.
- Manage customer requirements and project scope to achieve project objectives, effectively communicating project expectations to customers and stakeholders in a timely and concise fashion.
- Manage project schedules to ensure on time delivery.
- Manage cross functional, multi-team configuration and deployment activities including software, industrial equipment manufacturer and installation, configuration, validation, and sustainment.
- Work with third-party contractors to ensure overall program execution and success including site safety planning, material ordering coordination, and solution/system validation.
- Provide project management activities to control scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
- Define and execute required processes in alignment with stakeholders including appropriate communication to all levels.
- Perform program quality management, ensuring that the solution meets the requirements and is to the appropriate quality and management compliance for industry or customer protocols, regulations, and standards.
- Perform project reviews and retrospectives regularly and present the results and lessons learned to the program and organization to strengthen Siemens PLM Delivery Framework
- Ensure the projects in the program are meeting the approved budget and agreed margin and are reviewed on a regular basis. Guide Customers through the Siemens PLM Delivery Framework
- Conduct Stakeholder meetings to manage and guide stakeholders through systematic identification, analysis and plans of action to aid in negotiations.
- Maintain project artifacts such as status, risk, issues, opportunities (RIO), schedule or IMS, decision log, program management plan, safety plan, FMEA, CAP, or other artifacts as needed to support project rigor as required by customer, company, or industry standards.
- Perform project risk management including planning, identification, analysis, mitigation planning and controlling to include FMEA and CAP as required.
- Demonstrated experience managing agile projects using SCRUM or SAFe methodologies.
- Confidence creating and presenting content to all levels of management, both internal and external.
- Demonstrated experience having the difficult scope, cost, resource conversations with customers.
- Demonstrated experience supporting successful user-acceptance and adoption of deployed capability; or participated in customer witness tests or similar events, industrial equipment validation and start up procedures.
- Make or support technical recommendations and implement overall system design of the integrated Closed Loop Manufacturing solution to include software (PLM, IIoT, etc.), hardware (controls, sensors, devices), and necessary industrial equipment.
- Manage contract acceptance and handover of projects to the customer.
- In conjunction with Engagement Management, identify, and create new opportunities and renewals for current projects/programs.
- Mentor and support the development of team members.
- Perform duties in compliance with SGT Project Management Standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical and/or Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent years of experience (8+) in PLM
- Eight to ten years in a project manager/leadership role, guiding a team of consultants during a significant software or industrial equipment implementation
- Eight to ten years of experience working in a customer-facing environment.
- Manufacturing execution systems experience and ability to interface with shop equipment
- Demonstrated experience operating within an industrial setting such as a plant, shop, building infrastructure, shipboard, or other industrial setting.
- Proactive self-starter who can perform independently in high-pressure situations with little supervision.
- Leadership skills and proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams, including services delivery and project management teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience with iterative development practices like scrum, agile, or SAFe.
- Demonstrated soft skill abilities when supporting the team, interacting with customers, and reporting to leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences of company and federal government executives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in engineering and/or manufacturing processes for design and development of products.
- Experience in implementing Teamcenter Solutions or similar products, such as Enovia, ePMD, Windchill, Aras Innovator or Oracle Agileis desired.
- Experience working with third party contractors.
- PMP Certification, with working knowledge of project management processes and tools is highly preferred.
- Experience implementing industrial equipment such as CNC machine tools, conveyers, PLCs, plant automation, manufacturing centers, SCADA, cabling, electrical, or other industrial infrastructure.
- Experience connecting cloud infrastructure with on-premise IT/OT networks
- Understanding of Industry 4.0 principles and interrelation of data and processes between engineering, quality, service, and manufacturing.
- Experience in identifying and implementing cost savings measures within services projects.
- Proven experience working with distributed, remote teams across multiple disciplines and time zones.
- Ability to promote complex solutions and drive acceptance with confidence.
- Comfortable with dev/ops and CI/CD capabilities
- Experience with US Federal Government projects, contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Knowledge of Change Management capabilities.
- Experience working with packages like JIRA, TFS, Polarion, etc. is highly preferred
- Working knowledge of using AI tools to support project management execution.
- Experience with ADKAR or other adoption methodologies preferred.

- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
- Candidate must be a United States Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S Government Secret Security Clearance.
