- Proven experience in commercial landscape construction (including hardscapes, irrigation, and turf management)
- Experience overseeing and managing landscape construction crews, including scheduling, task delegation, quality control and safety compliance
- Spanish-speaking ability strongly encouraged to support effective communication with field crews, but not required
- Required: Experienced Drivers 21+ years old, must have a valid driver's license
- Clean driving record past 3 years
- Experience with pulling trailers
- Strong understanding of commercial project specs, codes, and quality standards
- A detail-oriented, safety-conscious attitude toward work
- Team player who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- [Not required, but beneficial] Relevant certifications such as irrigation or landscape installation
