Project Superintendent Jobs in Fort Worth, TX

ARC Construction Group is seeking an experienced

Commercial Superintendent / Project Manager to support our growth throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing commercial construction projects including office, retail, medical, restaurant, tenant improvement, and light industrial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day field operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Maintain project schedules and budgets
• Conduct jobsite meetings
• Coordinate inspections and permitting requirements
• Manage safety compliance and quality control
• Review plans, specifications, RFIs, and change orders
• Communicate directly with ownership, clients, architects, and vendors

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years commercial construction experience
• Experience with tenant improvements and commercial renovations
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Buildertrend, or similar software preferred

Compensation:

• $70,000–$110,000+ depending on experience
