INTRODUCTION
We are seeking a hands-on Lab Test Engineer / Feature Test Engineer to support integration, feature validation, troubleshooting, and testing of next-generation wireless products in radio labs before nationwide deployment.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform integration, certification, and implementation of LTE/5G technologies
- Validate new radio software and hardware features
- Execute feature testing, troubleshooting, and customer acceptance activities
- Support NPI projects involving BBUs and radios across multiple technologies/bands
- Conduct proof-of-concept testing for pre-commercial radio products
- Work closely with teams, project managers, and customers
- Participate in automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with LTE and/or 5G technologies
- Telecom lab testing and integration experience
- Hands-on RAN troubleshooting and validation skills
- Experience analyzing logs and resolving technical issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with telecom OEMs/operators such as Ericsson, AT&T, or Samsung is highly preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Execute feature testing, troubleshooting, and customer acceptance activities
- Support NPI projects involving BBUs and radios across multiple technologies/bands
- Conduct proof-of-concept testing for pre-commercial radio products
