- Experience in One Claim application knowledge and automation skillset is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering delivery for AIG projects
- Define QA strategy, test plans, test approach, entry/exit criteria, and quality gates
- Manage Automation, Functional, ETL, API, Regression, and Performance testing streams
- Drive automation adoption using Playwright and Selenium frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines
- Review automation coverage, execution reports, defect trends, and quality metrics
- Oversee ETL/Data Migration testing, including source-to-target validation, reconciliation, transformation validation, and data quality checks
- Coordinate UAT support, defect triage, and business sign-off activities
- Manage onsite/offshore QA teams and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with Development, Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and AIG stakeholders
- Track risks, dependencies, milestones, and project quality KPIs
- Present status, quality dashboards, and release readiness updates to leadership and clients
- Ensure compliance with testing standards, audit requirements, and delivery governance
Preferred Technical Expertise
- Playwright with Java/TypeScript
- Selenium WebDriver
- REST Assured / API Testing
- SQL Server, ETL/Data Validation
- CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins
- Rally/JIRA/Test Management Tools

Experience
- 8+ years in QA/Lead
- 3+ years managing large QA teams
- Experience leading enterprise insurance transformation or modernization programs preferred
Qualification:
Somebody who has at least 10+ years of work experience in QA Test Lead. Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college.
