Overview:
Due to exciting growth, Carle Health is seeking an additional Breast Imaging Radiologist to join our established, elite Radiology department that has redesigned the Breast Imaging workflow for the 2026 market.

- Rotations: Work 2 weeks from home / 1 week on-site.
- Schedule: 100% Breast Imaging. No call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays.

- Base Salary: $304,500 (Good faith minimum).
- Earning Potential: Total compensation range of $304,500 – $375,000 via production and incentive bonuses.

- PACS: Visage (Server-side rendering for instant loading).
- Mammography: Hologic units and Stereo table.
- Biopsy: Brevera device (Real-time imaging) and Philips Ultrasound.
- MRI: New Siemens MRI.
- Workflow: PowerScribe and EPIC EMR.
Academic & Research Synergy
As a physician at Carle, you have the opportunity for an academic or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine - the world’s first engineering-based medical school. Requirements
- ABR Board Certified/Eligible.
- Fellowship-trained in Breast Imaging OR extensive clinical experience in high-volume breast imaging.

Provider Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $304,500 – $375,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model. Carle Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for team members and providers.
