Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $400,000 - $525,000 depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, equaling total target cash compensation that may be between $465,000 - $590,000.
