Guide buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process, from the initial conversation to closing. Utilize the leads and tools we provide to manage and expand your pipeline. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We welcome both seasoned agents and those at the start of their careers. An active Oregon or Washington real estate license (or one in progress; ask us about our path for in-process licensees) is required. Strong communication skills and follow-through, a self-motivated, client-first mindset, and comfort with technology to operate a modern real estate business are essential.
