A successful candidate will have experience in the senior living space as either a seasoned executive director looking for career growth or a seasoned regional who has experience in supporting senior living communities. At Senior Services of America we strive to be visible and supportive to our communities and we are looking for a leader to provide the same support and customer service to our teams, families, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and ensuring the quality operations of our Assisted Living/Memory Care communities
- Successfully leading operational needs and facility management teams
- Work independently and support key team members.
- Have knowledge of and ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations and laws.
