About Us
Palm Construction is a rapidly growing, family-owned home remodeling and general construction company with over 200 team members and multiple locations across the West Coast — with more markets on the way. Our sales, project management, and operations teams deliver exceptional service to homeowners every day, and every market we open needs great in-home sales reps and canvassers. Read more about us at palmconstructionca.com.
We're hiring our first dedicated Sales Recruiter to build and own our sales talent sourcing. This is a hands-on recruiting role, not an HR role. You'll spend your days finding and screening sales talent — and building the recruiting engine that feeds our growth for years.
What You'll Do
- Source in-home sales reps, canvassers, and sales leaders across our markets — proactively, through the right channels for each role
- Build sourcing channels with us — job boards, referrals, campus programs, veteran programs, and wherever else great salespeople come from
- Run targeted searches for specific roles — identify and reach out to the exact people we want, not just whoever applies
- Screen candidates and pass qualified ones to our sales leaders for the next steps
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers, follow up on feedback fast, and keep a responsive, professional candidate experience from application through start
- Track your numbers weekly: outreach, screens, interviews, offers, starts
What We're Looking For
- You've recruited commission-based, in-home sales reps in home improvement or a similar industry — solar, pest control, alarms, D2D. You know this world: the comp structures, the rep profile, where the talent hangs out. We won't need to explain the business to you. This is a must.
- A hunter's approach: you go find people, you don't wait for applications
- Someone who wants to build something — this is our first recruiting hire, and you'll shape how it works
Why This Role
People are the core of our business. You'll work directly with senior leadership, see your impact on growth in real numbers, and have clear room to grow your career as we scale into new markets.

Entry Level Recruiter Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level recruiter job?
Start by highlighting any experience involving people, communication, or coordination, even if it came from internships, campus organizations, or customer-facing jobs. Employers hiring at this level typically look for strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or sourcing tools gives candidates a practical edge, even without a full year of professional recruiting experience.
Which companies hire entry level recruiters?
Companies hiring entry level recruiters right now include Cornerstone Caregiving, Maxim Healthcare, and Manpower, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Staffing agencies, high-growth technology firms, healthcare systems, and large retail and logistics companies tend to hire most actively at this level because of their continuous, high-volume hiring needs.
Are there remote entry level recruiter jobs?
Yes, remote and hybrid options exist at the entry level, though on-site roles remain common. About 27% of entry level recruiter openings are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, concentrated in industries with distributed workforces or established virtual hiring operations. Filtering by work setting on Migrate Mate lets you see which current openings match your preferred arrangement.
Are these new grad recruiter jobs?
Yes, the listings here include new grad, recent graduate, and junior recruiter roles. A posting is typically new-grad friendly when it welcomes zero to two years of experience, accepts internships or volunteer coordination work in place of full-time history, or values a strong portfolio showing sourcing, outreach, or campus recruiting activity. Look for language like 'no prior recruiting experience required' or 'will train' as reliable signals.
Which industries hire the most entry level recruiters?
Entry Level recruiter roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Healthcare & Medical Services, and Consulting & Professional Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. These sectors drive high-volume hiring at the junior level because rapid headcount growth, frequent turnover, or regulatory staffing requirements create a steady need for recruiters who can be trained and developed from the ground up.
