As a Corporate Recruiter specializing in Sales Recruiting, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent across our nationwide organization. You'll serve as a trusted partner to sales leaders and hiring managers, represent Ernest throughout the candidate experience, and help ensure every new hire strengthens the collaborative, high-performing culture we've worked hard to build. Work Location
This position is primarily remote but is classified as a hybrid role. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance to our corporate office in Commerce, CA, to attend in-person training sessions and periodic office attendance as requested.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for outside sales positions by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers with qualified candidates.
- Partner with sales leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide recruiting guidance, and ensure a positive hiring experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with Human Resources to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance through the pre-employment process, guiding candidates through background screening requirements while working collaboratively to meet the company's hiring objectives.
- Arrange and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-performing sales professionals through networking, referrals, social media, professional networking platforms, and other recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales talent to support current and future hiring needs across Ernest's nationwide locations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless recruiting process.
- Prepare, maintain, and regularly update recruiting reports and hiring metrics to support department objectives.
- Follow established recruiting processes, procedures, and documentation standards while ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the hiring process.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting business-to-business (B2B) sales professionals is strongly preferred.
- Must be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
