We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Director of Operations to oversee and optimize operations across multiple companies within our growing group of businesses.This executive leadership role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, standardizing processes, supporting expansion initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple business units and locations

• Lead regional managers and cross-functional operational teams
• Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost control
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and KPIs
• Support company growth, expansion, and new location openings
• Analyze financial and operational performance metrics
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Sales departments
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and operational procedures

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field

• 7+ years of leadership experience in multi-location operations
• Strong background in operations management, retail, construction, distribution, or related industries
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• ERP systems experience preferred
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Willingness to travel as needed

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
