Regional Sales Representative Jobs in Tulsa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a regional sales representative job in Tulsa?
Focus on Tulsa's strongest hiring sectors: energy services, industrial distribution, and healthcare supply, where regional sales roles turn over regularly. Companies operating out of Midtown, the Pearl District, and South Tulsa business parks are the most active recruiters. Candidates who already hold a book of business in Oklahoma or the surrounding region, or who have direct relationships with oil field, manufacturing, or hospital procurement contacts, move to the front of the line quickly.
Which companies hire regional sales representatives in Tulsa?
Employers hiring regional sales representatives in Tulsa right now include Cushman & Wakefield, Meta, and Optum, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Tulsa's mix of energy firms, regional distributors, and healthcare organizations means openings tend to come from both established multinationals with Oklahoma territory assignments and locally headquartered companies expanding their sales force.
Are there remote regional sales representative jobs in Tulsa?
Yes, though regional sales representative roles are less remote-friendly than most office positions because the work is built around in-person client visits and territory coverage. About 29% of regional sales representative openings tied to Tulsa are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, with those arrangements most common for account management and inside sales support functions rather than field-facing territory roles.
How can I get a regional sales representative job in Tulsa with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Tulsa is through inside sales or sales development roles at energy services companies, industrial distributors, or medical device firms, where promotions to regional territory roles are a standard career track. Companies like those headquartered in the Midtown and South Tulsa corridors often hire locally for entry-level positions and promote from within. Building familiarity with the Oklahoma and surrounding-state territory geography and developing relationships with local industry contacts gives entry-level candidates a meaningful edge.
Which industries hire the most regional sales representatives in Tulsa?
Tulsa regional sales representative roles concentrate in Construction & Real Estate, Government & Public Sector, and Healthcare & Medical Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Tulsa's position as a regional hub for the energy sector, a major distribution crossroads, and a growing healthcare market drives consistent demand for sales professionals who can manage multi-state or multi-county territories from a Tulsa base.
