What This Job Actually Is
We buy houses directly from homeowners, and you're the closer who gets the deal done. When all new leads come into our office, our Lead Manager qualifies them, then passes only the qualified leads/sellers to you. You then meet the seller(s) face-to-face at their property. You build trust, fully understand their situation and agree on a price that works for everyone. Overall, it's truly a sales role at heart. So we care that you know how to close and love doing it.
Day to day, you'll:
- Meet motivated sellers at appointments that our lead manager books for you
- Build rapport, present offers, and negotiate deals that get signed
- Run comps to validate the deal and structure the right offer
- Follow up on the leads that don't close right away, so nothing goes cold
- Take photos at the property and hand them to our team to market the deal
- Keep your pipeline moving and talk through your numbers with the team

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales experience; acquisitions experience preferred but not required
- You live in the Oklahoma City metro (Oklahoma or Cleveland County) with a reliable car - required, since this role includes in-person seller visits
- Comfortable with a CRM - REsimpli (or similar) experience is a plus
- All-in. This is the one thing you're focused on. This is not a side gig
- Strong, clear communication, reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated computer, and a professional workspace for virtual work
