As we continue to grow, we are launching a NEW Pediatric Division from our New York and Connecticut offices and are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build this program from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping a new division while recruiting and onboarding exceptional Nurses who are passionate about pediatric care.
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead recruitment efforts for our pediatric and home care services. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality RNs while ensuring all hires meet NY and CT Department of Health requirements and Affirmed Home Care’s standards of excellence.
This is a full-time, remote role offering a $40,000 - $55,000 salary, based on experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead recruiting for the new Pediatric Division
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms
- Build partnerships through training schools and networking
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding
- Consistently onboard at least 5 fully cleared Nurses per week
- Assist with new-hire orientations
- Promote referral programs and employee engagement initiatives
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
- 2+ years of home care recruiting (LPNs & RNs) required
- Pediatric recruiting experience preferred
- Strong digital and social recruiting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ATS experience a plus
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
